I started to use Fenugreek because I don't produce breast milk. If I was lucky I'd get a 1/2 oz total and that was after working on building my supply. The lactation consultant recommended that I take this product. After a couple of days of taking Fenugreek, I was able to produce an ounce total. It doubled my milk supply. I still wasn't able to breastfeed exclusively but this way I was able to give both my children some benefits of breastmilk even if it was an ounce. I will definitely buy again for my next child.

I no longer need to take any prescription meds for diabetes because of the Fenugreek. It lowers my blood sugar naturally, and if I cheat on my diet badly, I take 3-4 capsules. There are no side effects and I feel better using this product and other nutrients for health than I did using meds.
