I can't say for sure how much this has helped me because I'm on a variety pack of bipolar meds, but I take this in the afternoon and evening and I think it does help encourage relaxation. It's tough to say when you take a lot of other supplements, but I periodically remove one to see how I feel without it. I only know that with this added to the mix I didn't have any bad side effects, so it's a winner in my book!

I like this brand-- I've tried other products of theirs and have been quite happy with them all.
