Good for cats AND people!

I picked this brand because it seemed like an economical purchase. This might sound funny, but I first heard about taurine after reading the label on my cat's food (it's an essential amino acid that cats need). However, after some research on my own, I discovered that it was also good for treating and preventing cardiovascular disease (heart disease) in people! There is still a lot of research pending, but I figure it can't help and this brand is cheap and provides a nice boost of 500 miligrams of taurine. So far I like it!


Great for bloating

Taurine is a great way to stop bloating, particularly when it is caused by PMS.
