Pro Labs is a great, honest company you don't have to worry. This will help build your immune system and prevent you from getting sick, it will decrease recovery time between sets during your workout, and help get your muscles to feed off the daily amount of protein you take in.

Pro lab's stuff is more expensive, but they are typically the best stuff in their field. Their glutamine is no exception. I use creatine pre-workout and glutamine post-workout and it seems to speed recovery time. I tend to question the immune strengthening as every supplement I take seems to claim that, but a good product for those serious about the gym.

I trust Prolab, A friend of mine used to be sponsored by them. I gave this product a try and did notice some muscle gains and help with muscle soreness. Its an expensive product regardless of what brand name is on the tub, however it is worth the investment.

However, it can play an important role in hardworking athletes ability to retain or increase muscle mass. It can also have a positive effect on immune system function.
