I have been taking L-Lysine for over six months. I started using it because my mom told me that it would help prevent getting cold sores. I would get cold sores all the time (at least once a month). I figured I would give it a try. I take one capsule per day each morning. I haven’t had one cold sore since I started taking these pills. It truly works for preventing cold sores. I'll definitely purchase this product again. I highly recommend L-Lysine.
